At Baron Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Inspection Upon Delivery:
You have the right to inspect and try your items while the courier is waiting. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it immediately with the courier.
Return Shipping Fees:
If you decide to return the order at the door during inspection, you will only be responsible for paying the shipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges After Delivery:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
In the case of a return after the courier leaves, shipping fees for the return/exchange will be applied.

المعاينة عند الاستلام:
يُسمح لكِ بمعاينة وقياس المنتجات أثناء وجود المندوب. إذا لم ينل المنتج إعجابك، يمكنك إعادته فوراً مع المندوب.
رسوم الشحن عند الإرجاع:
في حالة إرجاع الطلب وقت المعاينة عند الباب، يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط للمندوب.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع بعد التسليم:
يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام.
يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، ومع جميع التاقات (Tags) الأصلية.
في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد مغادرة المندوب، يتم تطبيق رسوم الشحن الخاصة بالمرتجع.
